She has worked 1:1 with senior leaders and aspiring leaders at Apple, Google, Kate Spade, Marriott International, Morgan Stanley, Oracle, Pfizer, Piaget, Spotify, Starbucks, and Twitter, among others.
Ellie is a member of the prestigious CoachSource network, sits on the Insights North America Advisory Council, serves on the Board of Accountability Lab, and holds a Master’s from St Andrews University. She has been quoted in The New York Times and the Irish Times on the topic of workplace communications.
An Irish-Brit turned New Yorker, Ellie lives in Brooklyn Heights with her family.
Whether leading workshops or coaching leaders, Amy inspires people to perform at their best. She’s facilitated group workshops and provided 1:1 coaching across industries as diverse as fintech, retail fashion, technology, hospitality, media, finance, education, nonprofit, and public service.
With a background in communications and branding, Amy’s passionate about using her expertise to help teams and individuals position themselves for success. She’s worked closely with American Express, Bread Finance, Bustle, Coney Island Prep, Leading Hotels of The World, Marriott, Merck, New York Public Library, Penn Mutual, St. Regis, Tapestry, The Luxury Collection, and W Hotels, among others.
When not leading workshops or coaching, Amy can be found chasing after her toddler and spending time with her husband and rescue retired racing greyhound (whom she can’t catch).
Erin is a strategic and creative leader with 15 years of international experience in branding, research, advertising, and entertainment.
Her work has included brand campaigns for LG, Walmart, L'Oreal, and Moroccanoil, creative partnerships with Wired, Vogue, Sprint, Pharrell Williams, and the State of Qatar, and an Emmy-winning mobile app with Taylor Swift and AmEx.
Erin is aging into activities she formerly found distasteful in others: practicing yoga and holding lengthy one-sided conversations with her pets.
Joe acts as CFO for Pencil or Ink, spending a lot of his time thinking through financial strategy and how to position the company to best serve our clients.
With a degree in engineering and a career in banking, Joe takes a scientific approach to the numbers. After past lives at Goldman Sachs and Perella Weinberg Partners, Joe founded Calculate to provide boutique businesses with the benefits of a full finance team while they scale.
In his free time, Joe can be seen buzzing around NYC on his motorcycle, out to dinner with his wife, or chasing his nieces and nephews.
Jillian is a CPA, accounting veteran, and Controller for Pencil or Ink.
After a getting her degree in Accounting, Jillian landed her first job with PwC. Since then, she's worked in a variety of tax and accounting roles with BDO, Marcum, and Estee Lauder. Her specialty lies in performing the proper planning around cash and taxes for boutique businesses and their owners.
When Jillian's not crunching numbers, you can find her hanging with her rescue pup, Abby, practicing French, or planning her next big trip.

Matylda is an NYU-certified leadership coach and facilitator who helps ambitious, driven, and successful trailblazers gain clarity on what’s next and how to get there faster. Her coaching, informed by neuroscience and positive psychology, draws on research on how the brain can change and what it takes to create new habits and states of being. Her clients range from seasoned professionals to new leaders and entrepreneurs who are ready to become better bosses and create a powerful legacy.
In addition to coaching individuals, Matylda designs leadership training programs for companies and organizations seeking culture change, or to gain alignment and clarity on their vision, and empower their leadership teams to get there most effectively. Matylda has coached clients in New York, Silicon Valley, London and Taiwan and companies including ESPN, Forbes, WeWork, Flatiron School, Barclays, StoryCorps and YearUp.
In her free time, you can find her adventuring around NYC and beyond, swing dancing, swimming and eating tacos.
After 15 years in educational leadership in international schools, coaching teachers and promoting the development of high achieving students, Dominique realized that all her experiences were building towards coaching. She decided to jump in and became a personal coach for professionals. She started coaching high performers as well as planning and facilitating group sessions and workshops. She works with leaders, entrepreneurs and aspiring founders and she challenges her clients to slow down, dig deep and reflect so they can speed up, take action and perform at their highest level.
Originally from France, Dominique has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the US. She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education as well as a Masters in Educational Leadership and she trained as a brain-based coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute. When she is not working, she is often found surfing at Rockaway Beach or living a peaceful life with her boyfriend and Professor the dog.
